(Note the slightly confusing placing of the “Already a member?” link if you’re not currently logged in. If you’re registering – if you could buy without doing so you’d never be able to access your download history and redownload stuff in future, which would suck, so this is required but very, very quick – you need to pick a username and password AND give an email address and some form of name for the system to call you. The email address is where download links etc. are sent and so should be a valid one.)
(Also note that (a) this requires the use of a login cookie, and as per mental EU rules I have to say that if you don’t want to accept it you probably shouldn’t use the site, (b) your user password is encrypted by WordPress and I have no access to it as far as I know, and (c) none of any of your details will ever be used for marketing, spam, or selling your soul for a handful of silver to the Great Old Ones.
